Part 19
The way to find the key, apparently, is to find a book that most fits your strengths. One of these books will have the key inside it, but which one? Apparently, no one is required to read more than one book for this, but you are required to pick one...or pick one at random. Which feels like a trick, because how could this Library possibly know what book you might pick? How would it know that you would select one specific book and that specific book will have the key? Also...does the Library even have hands? Who put the keys here?
Mini Boss (Strengths)
1. TBR of Peace: Pick a TBR book at random.
2. CUS Survivor: free space, cutie.
3. Minimalist: read a book you think you'll unhaul.
4. Full of Commitment: read a book someone recommended.
5. DNF Lover: read a book you're most excited for.
Part 20
With the key found, we set forth through another door. This door leads us to a garden, and even Hawthorne is in awe at the state of this. We are still indoors, I think, and we are still traveling on this seemingly pointless quest. The strange creature we saw in the other room is here, and seems to be waiting for us, its ears twitching. It's singularly remaining eye blinks slowly at you all, and once we catch up, it continues to move through the garden. We find yet another door, and it seems like, once again, we have to go through it.
Read a book set in another world.
Part 21
Through this door, three stacks of books appear. They are labeled, clearly:
Delilah "Narrator"
Ariadne "Library Witch"
Hawthorne "Child of the Library"
A whisper of a sound says "choose" and we all glance around nervously. We must pick a book that one of the three of us would like, I suppose. This entire quest feels like a strange way to make all of you read more, but at this point, something had to be done about your spending habits. The ship can only hold so many books.
Read a book you think Narrator, Ariadne, or Hawthorne would like.
