Part 22
As you wander into the next room, you find at the table several spools of thread. They gleam and sparkle, tempting you to touch one. When you go to do so, some kind of field blocks you immediately.
That's what you get for trying to touch suspicious things that don't belong to you.
It seems we are coming to the heart of this ordeal.
Read a book you haven't been able to fit into a prompt yet.
Part 23
Observing the table from a distance, you notice several large scissors, all rusted. The contrast of these scissors against the gleaming, neat thread feels contradictory. You decide to look at the rest of the room and notice there are curious books on the shelves. One states clearly, "Shelfla" and another "The Cursed Readers". There are several books like this, with titles that feel like they are reading out pieces of your life, especially as you have become peasants in these journeys. There are books that list you by name, but there are many blank pages in them, stories left to be told.
It feels like you have stumbled on something you were never meant to see.
Read a book you got for a different readathon/challenge.
Part 24
This concept is uncomfortable, but before you can process this further, a door opens with a small creak. The library wants you to go through yet one more door, and we all aren't known to show caution with these things. Of course we go through the strange self-opening door, why would we show any self-preservation skills now?
Read a book outside of your comfort zone/genre.
