Delilah Jane has put in grueling hours at Big Phones Media, and has been promoted to Escalations Point.
She has been rewarded with her first-ever vacation to Europe after putting in 5 long years, and over 2,000 phone calls to customers, with only 5 ending in restraining orders after customers attempted to find her and harm her. Delilah Jane says "It's all apart of the job, and she's just happy to make the customer happy!"
